  I'm not sure why a chunk of these games have no save feature, but it's a major flaw. I got 30 minutes into this game and somehow managed to get stuck in a trashbag. Since there's no save, I had to restart losing all the progress. I restarted. Played for another hour and 10 minutes. Then the game randomly froze. At this point I give up. A save feature should be implemented in this and every future game by this developer, at least for these reasons specifically. My Specs i7-10700 16GB RAM RTX 3070

  Deliver us from bad games

  4/10. Night Delivery falls into the "you do normal day-to-day stuff until a scary thing happens" category of Chilla's Art games. It tries to immerse you in the life of a delivery man whose job brings him to a weirdly hostile apartment complex. And on the one hand, it does a good job of creating a realistic environment and some subtly unnerving sound effects, but on the other hand much of the walking back-and-forth ends up being rather boring. One really interesting part in Night Delivery is a maze sequence towards the end, somewhat reminiscent of the Otherworld in Silent Hill games. It might be slightly convoluted, but it provides a really cool change of pace and is probably the most atmospherically unsettling part of the game. Unfortunately, it's rather short and, surprise, ends with a cheap jumpscare. The low point of the game is another sequence in the middle, probably meant as deadpan social satire, which requires you to repeatedly backtrack between two apartments located very far from each other and forces you to use an agonizingly slow lift. In theory, it could have been a good way to immerse you in the mundane aspect of the story and set up a contrast with the horror elements, but in reality it ends up being simply annoying and pulls you out of the experience. Much like Okaeri, a much earlier entry in the Chilla's catalogue, Night Delivery tries to comment on a social issue, but fails to explore it in proper depth or say anything worthwhile. And on a more technical note, well, this is very much a classic Chilla's Art experience. It might run better than The Caregiver, but you can expect it to freeze and crash at least once during your playthrough, which will in turn make the lack of a save function so much more frustrating. There is also at least one place in the game where your character can get physically stuck, forcing you to restart the whole game.

  I have to say, this game is very good. A solid 8.5/10 for me, It's better than the Caregiver and the puzzles are not too bad that underwhelm the horror which was a problem for me in the caregiver. This game has a great horror factor to it. I would still say Hanako is Chilla's Arts best and most fleshed out title, second would be The Convenience Store but this one definitely comes close. A tie with stigmatized property. Pros: -Excellent presentation, I appreciate how Chilla also added the option to view the collectables you pick up in the menu which is a great touch -Excellent horror factor in this game. In the caregiver it was a constant buildup to something that never came. This game actually delivers on what it builds upon -Great sound design and graphics Cons: -Sometimes you have to press the elevator arrow twice for the doors to open. Minor bug -It's short. But not way too short. But after playing Hanako, I hope Chilla's art will have another lengthy game coming soon All in all, there's no real problems with the game. It's excellent for what it is and it delivers on all the levels it tries to Verdict: 8.5/10

  I love Chilla´s Art games, but this game is to broken, crashing every time in different places and starting over and over again is so frustrating.
