  The game is simple and not complex not worth playing. Plus mistakes in the geography for example they put Persia in the Arabic peninsula and have Iran on Persia so we have now Persia and Iran that really are almost the same. It may be good little phone game not one for pc. If I can refund the money I would do that... But I have the tend to buy and play game later when I have time.

  [i]Author's note: Ol' Il Pallino is an atheist, and there's at least one joke to be expected about atheists. If the reader cannot tolerate jokes about atheists, go read someone else's review. Ol' Il Pallino hereby disclaims liability for offending any dirt-worshiping, world-hating, degenerates who's liable to become butt-hurt as a result.[/i] [h1]TL;DR[/h1] 7/10: Will gladly supply the world's masses with that opium called "religion." Great value for the discounted price of $0.84 USD, but the lack of achievements, along with the occasional bad grammar prevent the score from being an eight. [h1]Overview[/h1] The title immediately calls to mind the Dead Kennedys album [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_God_We_Trust,_Inc.]In God We Trust, Inc.[/url], but rather than being a management sim about a greedy televangelist racket, [i]Religion inc.[/i] instead features the player as managing a religion from one of fifty-five different areas of the world in real time and trying to bring enlightenment to everyone on the planet before the meter representing the threat to the player's religion hits 100%. (No, not other religions, but those dirt-worshiping, world-hating, degenerates known as "atheists.") The player has a finite amount of points to spent on the six different tech trees, so the player had best hope they picked the correct features to research before atheism takes over the world. [h1]Graphics and Sound[/h1] The graphics are pretty much just limited to a map of the Earth, but at least it's aesthetically pleasing, because it's about all the player is going to see. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2751546251 The sound effects are also pleasing and fit the game perfectly, except for the short, boring loop of ambient music that's both boring and doesn't fit the mood of the game. Maybe the developers were trying to go with music that sounds heavenly, but if that's what people who go to heaven have to listen to for eternity, ol' Il Pallino would rather go to hell. (As long as it's either the Fun Hell or the Kinky Hell. They probably have great music!) [h1]Positives[/h1] Rather than different religions, the game instead features four different styles of religions (with another three "coming soon") that have different mechanics and different things on the tech trees to research, and putting two (and sometimes three) features together will result in a special activity that's usually good, but having various features of both peace and war in the same religion creates an alienating contradiction. [i]Paganism[/i] which is obviously the coolest religion to have ever graced the Earth (besides, of course, The Church of the SubGenius) the [i]intervention[/i] tech tree has the ability to see into the future and research various things on the [i]features[/i] tech tree (hopefully) in time to make a difference in the forecasted event which is good for the religion and bad for those degenerate atheists. [i]Religion inc.[/i] has quite the educational value in teaching players what kind of religions are most effective. The player will have the easiest time managing [i]monotheism[/i] and [i]spiritualism[/i] religions and a more difficult time managing [i]pantheon[/i] and [i]pagan[/i] religions. The game teaches how religions that can accommodate people who's beliefs entail peacefulness, militance, wealth, and poverty, and can also work in nations that are developed, underdeveloped, organized, and primitive. [h1]Negatives[/h1] Despite the point being made about the superiority of [i]monotheism[/i] and [i]spiritualism[/i]-based religions, the game would have been better if the player's religion was adapting by absorbing customs and beliefs of pre-existing religions similar to what are classified as major religions in today's world. The grammar and syntax, while superior to a mid-1990's Engrish (sic) visual novel, still leaves a lot to be desired and while it's unknown if the person who wrote the English translation is either of inferior skill or if Google Translate let them down, but the tech tree concept [i]Buy out a Sin[/i] doesn't sound right. (The developer obviously meant [i]Selling Pardons[/i].) Some outright typos and occasional lack of capitalization gives the game an unprofessional feel and reads like something not worth the usual price of $4.99 USD. The worst feature of [i]Religion inc.[/i] is that there's no achievements. Granted, the player is likely to become addicted enough to want to try and win the game with every religion, but the lack of achievements seriously affects the replay value, and certainly ol' Il Pallino deserves an achievement for predicting and dealing with three events while running a [i]pagan[/i] religion! (There's at least four types of events, so there's going to be some element of surprise in which events will be forecasted.) [h1]Conclusion[/h1] A strong buy for it's discounted price. [i]Religion inc.[/i] is good fun regardless of what the player's beliefs (or lack thereof) happen to be. [h1]The honest word of Il Pallino...   after you play it like 2 or 3 times, it gets boring, there really isn't that much to the game, i'd recommend buying plague inc instead.

  It feels like it was meant to be a mobile game although plays well enough on PC. I enjoyed my time and it reminded me of the Doodle ____ games. Casual play with some interesting play and themes.

  1. Fix the Thai font, please. (แก้ไข font ไทย) 2. I wish it was set to windowed mode. When the game gets boring, we can turn on "youtube" to do something else.
