  This might not be a popular opinion but I cant give this a thumbs up. I spent 5 hours just getting to one decent lewd scene. This game is such a grind to get anything done, it is far too repetitive and monotonous. I had to use cheats just to keep interested in the game. There is no real story line, nothing flows. If you want a long drawn out game that makes you wait for the money shot then this is for you, but if you want a real story and faster lewd scenes, look elsewhere.

  I marginally recommend, but with some significant caveats: #1 - The pacing of the game is among the worst of any game, ever, in my opinion. Two serious issues cause this, with the first being that increasing relationship points with anyone is a long, long slog. In a lot of games, it takes a bit of time to 'heart up', but you only might do it 5-10 times. In this, it goes 0-100. And for many girls, the most points you can gain at once is often 5. And sometimes, there are phases where it's just 1-2 points per action. This is a bit of an issue, but it's *greatly* amplified by the second pacing issue... which is that every action taken to raise relationship points tends to repeat like 5 times and be basically the same *unskippable* scene repeated. Because of all this, at first it's like 'wow, a lot of content must be here to go from 0 to 100 like this!'. But it's somewhat an illusion, because a lot repeats over and over and over again. #2 - The work mini-games, if you can call them that, are a lost opportunity. The game would be an interesting management sim if working the two jobs reduced mood, and had to be balanced against the mood lost while working them. But mood freezes in place basically during the job. Worse, they aren't mini-games... it's basically just pick the client that is least likely to fail each time but that still gives okay money. If you've ever played BaD, which is a similar game, the mini-games there are way more interesting, requiring some level of reaction time or mouse-control from the player. But in MotH it's just a screen with a few choices, really. #3 -The open world is pointless much of the time. It doesn't pay off to go to any locations other than the two jobs and the grocery store for 90% of the game. The other 10% is when the game basically tells you 'hey, go buy that lingerie from the mall now' or 'hey, go to so-and-so's apartment at 19:00 now'. The open world is another lost opportunity, as there are virtually no random encounters in locations. Going to the park? Alright, not a soul in sight. Going to the beach? Hope you like desolate shores with nothing going on. #4 - The story is pretty worthless. Worse, it's clearly not the original story... not so sure why someone would be *that* weirded out by being attracted to their roommate. Clearly, the roles were different at one point and got changed. And this makes the story rather nonsensical. For what the game is, it's not the worst in this genre. At least there's variety. And the concept of having different characters do different things at each time of day is interesting for a while. So for the price, it's not too bad. But it's far, far from being an open world BaD... the story is poor, and the pacing of everything is horrendous. I maxed out character skills in no time, but it takes an eternity, even with waiting through entire days, to get a single relationship maxed.

  i am a gentleman, and those adult puzzle is too cheap to play. this game is more challenging, more quality, and the content match its price. its fun. ---------- Update : After playing for 15 hrs, still amazed by the quality and quantity of the game. I have just finished 2 girl and i still have 6 to go. I am now using walkthrough but the fun is still there. The script is well written, not much story but it pay attention to detail. If you like adult content but with solid gameplay, definitely recommended. ------------ final update: finished the game. 10/10 especially the endings are satisfying and fun to watch this game have something unique, you will get addicted in it if you play seriously, i will definitely buy again if the devs make other new games. good job! ------------ Yes i do agree the girls in the game look weird(except for ashley and sophia?) But i somehow get used to it, now i think the girls in real life look weird

  Being the saucy middle aged man I am... (still have all my hair and it's only like 5% grey) my days of banging random hot young chicks left me 60 pounds and two kids ago.. but like most hot blooded guys I'm still on the prowl... seeing this game I decided I needed to buy it and try to relive my lost youth.. (married at 25.... sigh) Man of the House is a unique experience,,, it's part visual novel, part dating simulator, part resource management... (lets be honest, we're here to see bewbs and sex, so we used the option to forgo all the annoying management stuff, although if we left it on the game would have extended well into 40+ hours) The Story - You play as a guy living in a house with three hot woman.. Claire, Ashley and Veronica.. Claire has decided to let you live in the house rent free while you sort out your life.. So begins the story of a man devoid of morels, full of sexism, and an appetite for sex that would make Ron Jeremy jealous.. Gameplay - you travel a city map with numerous locations,, some of the locations have multiple areas you can move around in... As you travel from location to location time moves forward... The game has 24 hour cycles, and 7 days in the week, Mon - Sun. The females follow certain cycles so you can easily locate them and progress the story.. By going to certain locations at certain times you unlock photos and videos which progress your story.. The game offers hints to help you progress your relationship with each female along.. Some are vague, (but if you get really stuck, you can ask the developer will give you details on the forums, see that Epicgames, forums are useful). The game has a cellphone which you use to save, load, text, look at pictures, achievements, etc etc etc... You have a bar which shows your stats,, Tiredness, Hunger, stank, and mood.. You're job is too keep those bars high, while working one of two jobs to get money.. (you didn't think you could bang hot chicks without money yet.. Didn't you pay attention?) The game has lots of micromanaging to try and push the story forward.. Pro's Awesome artwork realistic looking photos and videos 5 out of 5 on the fap o meter Fun story very addictive LOTS OF CONTENT and photos and sex,,, oh my... 22 hours for me, and I skipped through alot of text and disabled the management stuff.. Con's Almost no replayability Very grindy (IE do the same scene a bunch of times to progress your love meter by one..) Repetitive, goes with Grindy, having to see a sex scene repeatedly is one thing, having to do it so you can unlock the next one is just.. meh.. and possibly artificially inflates the play time.. Could have expanded and added more woman or flushed out storylines.. Pam, Linda, Fat chick, MILF, Health clinic girl.. Not really a bad thing, just missed chances for more awesome sex scenes.. Recommendation - I highly recommend this game to perverts like myself, if you're looking for well drawn video game porno this is it.. It'll keep you engaged, and keep you fapping for hours.. More then a few times I spend staying up trying to progress to the next tier of a relationship, only to get there and say, damn what happens next.. With great power in recommendations comes great responsibility, so it goes without saying that a warning should be issued about the game as well.. It's very sexist, and the main character is kind of a douchebag.. He does lots of things which are highly morally questionable to get the girls in bed.. Blackmail, stalking, spying, breaking and entering, and depending on your thoughts on consent maybe even rape.... For a moment I thought I was playing as Anthony Weiner, heck the main character kind of resembles him.. If you're a SJW you should avoid this game as after a few hours of playing you'll be up in a rage and yelling at the sky.. So buy it, even at full price, you'll be happy you did.. like the time you stopped in that run down massage parlor because you tweaked your back and got a rub and tug for under a fifty...
